The enquiry form asks for your name, email, application URL, service preference and a short description. We use this information to assess and respond to your request. Do not include passwords, API keys or sensitive application data.

This notice explains the enquiry flow on Balthazar Cyber. Application access and service-specific data handling are agreed separately before work begins.
Storage and access
Enquiries submitted through the form are stored in the dedicated Balthazar Cyber Google Cloud project. Access is restricted to operating the service. If you contact Wilmer by email instead, the message is handled through the existing Balthazar Project business mailbox.
Website technology
The site uses Firebase Hosting and Google Cloud Run. Hosting providers process technical request data to serve and protect the website. We have not enabled advertising trackers, session recording or optional analytics.
Retention and questions
Enquiries are reviewed and removed when no longer needed for the conversation or an agreed service. To ask about your information or request its deletion, contact wilmer@balthazarproject.com. The operating contact is Wilmer Tarstad, The Balthazar Project.
